The apartment is situated on the top floor and has a lovely Asian feel decor throughout. The open plan living area is a good size and has large doors that completely open up onto the furnished outdoor entertainment area with views of the river. There are 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans.
The Space:
The master bedroom has an ensuite with spa bath, separate shower and double vanity. The two other bedrooms both have river views. The 2nd bedroom has two king singles which can be made up to another king size bed which is perfect for either families or couples holidaying together. The main bathroom also features a spa bath. The property also offers full air conditioning throughout. The private complex has only 2 apartments which share a furnished rooftop terrace with spa/plunge pool complete with BBQ where you can relax and enjoy the amazing views of the river, beach and Fraser Island in the distance. There is an internal lift direct to the apartment and a secure double garage below for either 2 vehicles or a car and a boat. This luxurious apartment features everything you need for the perfect holiday. Noosa Dua is only a short walk to Noosa River and the fabulous shops, cafes and restaurants of Gympie Terrace. If you enjoy long walks in the morning, or just fancy a gentle stroll to grab a coffee, then this is the perfect area for you. Visitors love this region for a number of reasons. Noosaville offers the widest choice in cuisine located in one area in Noosa, from fine dining to quaint cafes. There is even a floating restaurant. The proximity to the Noosa River makes Noosaville popular with families and everyone who enjoys the water. There is an excellent boat ramp with trailer parking and those without boats can hire them from one of the many hire services dotted along the river. Noosaville and its main street Gympie Terrace is becoming a busy family tourist destination to rival Hastings Street. The beautification and modernisation of the area has transformed it from a sleepy town to a centre of food, wine and entertainment. Almost all of the fibro shacks that once adorned the waterfront have now been replaced with architecturally designed townhouses and apartments - most taking full advantage of the river views.Visitors love this area for a number of reasons. Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.
Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.
Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.
Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
