Welcome to Marcoola Sands 6, your relaxed beachside escape just steps from the sand. Set directly across from stunning Marcoola Beach, this light-filled coastal retreat is perfect for couples, families, or friends chasing sun, surf, and simplicity.



Wake to the sound of waves, stroll to local cafés for your morning brew, take a dip in the ocean or pool, and end the day with sunset drinks at the Surf Club, all without needing to drive. Breathe in the salty air and let the coast slow you down.



The Space:

Inside, you'll find a bright and breezy open-plan living and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal, including a coffee machine with beans supplied to kickstart your mornings. This space flows out to a small private balcony—ideal for soaking up the coastal air.



On the other side of the unit, two comfortable bedrooms await—one with a queen bed, the other with two king singles. Both rooms include ceiling fans for year-round comfort, while the main living area is fitted with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. A full laundry with washer and dryer completes the setup, making longer stays a breeze.

We strictly do not accept "Schoolies" or similar groups.



Guest Access:

You will have the entirety of the apartment to enjoy. Secure garage parking for one car. The pool is shared with other residents.



The Neighborhood:

Marcoola Beach is located just north of Maroochy River and south of Coolum. Boasting quiet uncrowded beaches and a laid back atmosphere.



The markets held every Friday evening from 4 - 8pm offer an array of street food stalls, music and good times. They also hold a local farmers market on Saturday from 8am - 12pm.



Marcoola Surf life saving club is directly across the road from the apartment.



Great coffee shops and food all within easy walking distance.



Mount Coolum National Park is a 5 min drive. The walk to the top of the mountain is 800 metres long. Depending on how fast you travel it should take no longer than one hour to reach the top and return to the bottom. Once at the top the 360 degree view over the Sunshine Coast is simply stunning!
