This tidy and well presented unit, is close to all the things that make a holiday great! Located between Kings Beach and Happy Valley, this is the ideal location for those that love the sun and surf. Breathe in the fresh sea air from the balcony and take in the coastal surroundings.

Walk to the park and enjoy a bbq while the kids entertain themselves on the extensive play equipment, and afterwards, soak up the rays and spend a lazy afternoon on the beach. If you are keen for some retail therapy, walk to the Caloundra CBD and browse in the many shops, boutiques and specialty stores on offer.

Kokomo

A few glitches - no water on the first morning- hadn’t been notified of work being done, garage door controls (2) didn’t work and had to get maintenance out with new control, one of the venetian blinds kept falling down. Generally well maintained and equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately due to Covid lockdowns 2 of the 3 people weren’t able to come and since there was no refund and no possibility of deferring to another date the money would have been lost.

One bed very hard, no air conditioning so probably wouldn’t stay again in summer. Perhaps agent needs to stress the fact linen not provided. But generally happy with what we got for our money
