The open-plan dining and living area seamlessly extends to a sunny rear deck and a private plunge pool, and there is ducted air-con throughout the property.

Upstairs, the townhouse features a large Smart TV lounge, a study, and three bedrooms, along with the main bathroom and the ensuite. A full laundry and a double secure garage are also available for your convenience. Bedroom 2 can be configured into two single beds upon request, while Bedroom 3 can be transformed into a king bed upon request. This request must be made at the time of booking and confirmed, with a fee of $50 per room for changing the bed configuration.
