Although an older property (and dated furnishings in the apartment mainly the living room) it was very clean. Morning sun positioning from balcony was lovely. Pool was also well looked after. The building is quite old, but the renovated room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful — a real highlight of the stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. Just keep in mind that there are no lifts, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs if you’re staying on a higher floor. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few things to consider.

Comfy and convenient

The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons.
