Curl up in the A/C for Netflix on the big screen, choose a holiday novel from the bookcase or just snooze on the sun soaked deck. A short stroll to a patrolled beach, world renowned Hastings Street, the Noosa National Park and eclectic Noosa Junction with its renowned restaurants, boutiques & cafes.
The Space:
Escape the City and enjoy a gorgeous beach holiday with us in our fabulous Hamptons style Noosa apartment. We have lovingly decorated it with high end luxury finishes and stylish decor. During your stay, enjoy Leif organic bathroom products, luxurious Sheraton towelling, and unlimited wifi.
Wake up to a Nespresso coffee and perhaps a visit from rainbow lorikeets on the front balcony. There is an outdoor dining table and seating for 6 guests with a sun umbrella to keep you in the shade. There is also a sun lounger on the balcony should you wish to read your book whilst overlooking the pool area.
In the evening, light a candle and soak away the world in the free standing bath and afterwards pour a glass of bubbles and watch the sky change colours as the sun slowly fades on another glorious Noosa day
The full-sized kitchen is practical and well appointed with coffee machine (Nespresso compatible pods), dishwasher and stainless steel fridge, complete with cool filtered water fountain and automatic ice maker
The Master Bedroom suite contains a spacious walk-in robe, freshly renovated ensuite, smart television, air conditioning and a leafy private balcony.
The second air-conditioned room has built-in robes, drawers, block out blinds, security screened window and a leafy outlook.
A selection of DVDs, books, board games and pool toys are available for guest's use during the stay.
An undercover car parking space is available in the unit's garage.
This property is located on the second floor and no lift is available. Guests will need to be able to manage two flights of stairs to reach the unit.
The apartment is not suitable for infants/children between the ages of 9 months and 6 years of age due to the location and balconies. If you are bringing a baby with you we can arrange to hire baby equipment at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote if required.
Guest Access:
As our guest you have full access to the apartment (apart from one owners cupboard), single car space and shared swimming pool (not heated).
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located on Noosa Hill, enjoying sea breezes, water glimpses and amazing sunsets. Peaceful location tucked away from the crowds but just minutes to all that Noosa is famous for.
A cool rainforest path at the end of the Avenue will lead you down to world famous Hastings Street and main beach in about 15 minutes, and buses run regularly back up if you don't feel like walking off your ice-cream!
The iconic Reef Hotel is on your doorstep for a meal overlooking Laguna Bay and fabulous restaurants, cafes, movies and boutiques await at the Noosa Junction just a few short blocks away.
On Sunday morning, take a stroll to the legendary Noosa Farmer's Markets for the freshest local produce.
Getting Around:
Everything in Noosa is accessible by any easy walk. There are also very regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel to Noosa, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Many locals and visitors safely cycle or scooter to, and around Noosa. Maroochydore airport is only a 20min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up and drop off to Brisbane and Maroocydore airports. Brisbane airport is a 1.5 hour drive away. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Noosa taxi service.
