The Space:

Bundaleer offers multiple accommodation dwellings, creating a flexible and spacious haven for up to 11 guests—perfect for a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a corporate health retreat. With aged brass fittings, leathered marble benchtops, hand-shaped micro-cement surfaces, and quality furnishings throughout, every detail highlights the property’s distinctive character and style.



Bundaleer Rainforest Trio gives you the entire property, with three distinct dwellings equipped with split-system heating and cooling to enjoy: The main house, Villa and Barn.



The main house is designed for both comfort and connection. Inside, three spacious bedrooms set the tone for rest and relaxation: the primary includes a king bed and ensuite with a freestanding bath looking directly into nature, while the second has a split king bed and the third offers split king singles, sharing a beautifully finished main bathroom. At the heart of the home, a grand open-plan living and dining area invites family gatherings or quiet moments by the fireplace on cool Hinterland evenings. For food lovers, the chef’s kitchen is a highlight, complete with a butler’s pantry, freestanding gas cooker, built-in appliances, and two full-sized dishwashers—making it effortless to cook and entertain. Outdoors, a spacious deck with an alfresco kitchen, BBQ, and mini fridge sets the scene for long, lingering meals. Beyond, the private heated pool, framed by lush tropical foliage, invites refreshing swims year-round, while the recovery area—with a five-person infrared sauna and two-person ice bath—offers the ultimate sanctuary to restore body and mind.



The Barn, located just beside the main house, offers its own private haven with a double bedroom (please note the top bunk shown in photos is not inclusive of linen) and a yoga and breathwork studio bathed in natural light. This versatile retreat is perfect for morning stretches, wellness sessions, or simply unwinding in peace, and can just as easily host small gatherings, movie nights, or serve as a teenage escape. With its own bathroom, kitchenette, and large TV, the Barn is fully self-contained, while the high-end finishes reflect the same quality and attention to detail as the main house.



The Villa, positioned at the front of the property, provides a private and spacious retreat with a warm, welcoming feel. Inside, a split king bed and an additional double bed in an open-plan layout create flexible sleeping arrangements, while the living and dining area, kitchen, and cosy fireplace make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Perfect for a couple with a child, older teenagers, or a small group of friends, the Villa offers a self-contained sanctuary within the estate where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy their own space.



A note on our house rules for all guests:

Whilst surrounded by beautiful greenery, please keep in mind there are other residences very close by.

✨ We kindly ask:

• No loud noise or music after 9pm.

• Keep outdoor conversations to a low level.

• If you retreat indoors, please close all doors and windows to minimise sound.



Out of respect for our neighbours this property does not allow events or gatherings.



PLEASE NOTE: Firewood is provided in the winter months only. Outside of this time, firewood can be purchased at local service stations by guests.

The Neighborhood:

Tucked away in the lush Noosa Hinterland, Bundaleer is located in Doonan, a serene enclave where rainforest landscapes meet coastal convenience. Here you’ll wake to birdsong, feel immersed in nature, and enjoy the privacy of a rural retreat, all while being just a short drive from Noosa’s world-famous beaches, dining, and boutique shopping.



Doonan is loved for its balance of tranquility and accessibility. Within 15 minutes you can be at Noosa Heads or Hastings Street, strolling along white-sand beaches, browsing local boutiques, or enjoying vibrant restaurants and bars. Closer to home, the historic town of Eumundi—famous for its artisan markets—is only 10 minutes away, offering fresh produce, unique crafts, and live music. For everyday essentials, Noosaville and Tewantin provide supermarkets, cafes, and riverside dining along the Noosa River.



The area is also perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore scenic walking trails, take a hinterland drive through rolling hills and rainforest, or unwind at nearby wellness retreats and day spas. * 1 x Bunk bed with a Double-sized bottom and a Single-sized top (please note that we don't typically make up the single top bunk or provide linen for it, so please bring your own if needed. A blanket and pillow are available for use on that bunk).
