Nestled in a small, quiet complex with only four other units, this beachfront retreat offers a peaceful and private escape. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, with a choice between the loft or the fold-out sofa bed in the lounge.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Loft): Two single beds (accessible via ladder only)
Lounge: Double fold-out sofa bed
Please note: The loft is only accessible by ladder and is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
Parking & Access:
1 covered parking spot —entry from Petrie Avenue
Additional roadside parking in front of the building. It is a double lock up garage that is shared with unit 5.
The apartment is on the second floor with stair access through the shared courtyard
Key lockbox at the front door—code sent before arrival
