Outside take full advantage of the dual long water views the alfresco stretches the entire width of the home and includes a built-in barbeque while also stepping down to a water level sunbathing area.

A well sized square pool is tucked back from the water in a north facing courtyard allowing great privacy while delivering a protected entertaining area. A huge undercover living area with comfortable couches offers views of the canal, private jetty, and adjacent 15m pool.
