Terrible front desk staff

The front desk staff on 10/19/25 was terrible. They kept informing clients to return at a later time or wait in the lobby while they had other desk sign in. They were checking in guest who just arrived instead of helping guest who had been waiting for a long period of time. The staff had no accountability and kept blaming each other and advised this was at the request of their manager. One guy was an older white male and the other was a younger female Hispanic. Thanks for upsetting everyone due to your lack of competence.

It is a cute, quiet property. It's not far from anywhere we went, but It feels tucked back and secluded. Staff was friendly, check in easy, room was clean. We were in town for a football game, so breakfast was packed, but everything stayed full until the end. The pool looked inviting, unfortunately I didn't have time in my schedule to take a dip. I don't have any negative take aways at all. I highly recommend.

The very high level of road noise from the 101 resulted in very little sleep. The seals on the windows and doors leaked badly - if the sliding door was repaired and seals replaced the noise level would be reduced, and the room might be ok for getting a decent sleep.

Five star service

Check in was super easy and staff was amazing. We had a group of 8 couples all with different rooms and when we asked if there was anyway we could all stay near each other, the clerk went above and beyond to put us into the same building ! 10/10 service.
