The breakfast at Comfort Hotel Sundsvall are among the very best I've experienced. Not only the assortment of food, but the service from the kind and helpful staff. The buffet is tended and refilled all the time . I recommend it without any hesitation.

We stayed here as a stopover during a road trip. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive very late because our luggage was delayed at the airport. Although this was noted, when we arrived at 4 AM we were told our room had been cancelled. After I explained the situation, the receptionist eventually gave us the room, but the interaction felt more like asking for a favor than checking into a confirmed booking. After delayed luggage, a 3.5-hour night drive, and no sleep, this was not a great welcome. Parking was limited, so I had to park quite far away. Getting to the room was also inconvenient, requiring an elevator down, a long walk, and then another elevator up. On the positive side, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice port view. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We might stay again for a one-night road trip stop, but the arrival experience and room access could definitely be improved.

Jag var uppe i Sundsvall på bröllop och skulle stryka en skjorta. Det är fantastiskt att det finner separat rum med både tvättmaskin och torktumlare, men tyvärr så var städningen lite eftersatt och strykbrädan alldeles för låg så min vita skjorta slogs med dammtussarna. Personalen var toppen likaså frukosten och frukostgänget. Bor gärna där igen men köpa gärna en bättre höj och sänkbar strykbräda och se över strykjärnet med jämna mellanrum.
