자연과 어우러진 아주 멋진 숙소입니다.

골프 클럽의 장점을 잘 살린 주위 환경이 뛰어나고 조용한 숙박이 가능한 곳입니다. 단, 손님을 맞이하기 위한 정비시 비누가 놓여 있지 않고 유료 구성품 (면도기등)이 없는 가운데 숙박을 시작해서 미리 사진을 찍어서 초기부터 없었음을 추후 알려줘야 하나 싶은 상황이 있었습니다. 이런 부분만 호텔 측에서 세심히 배려해서 준비한다면 앞으로 많은 고객들에게 좋은 평가를 받을것 같습니다.

Einfaches Hotel. Komfortables Bett und geräumiges Bad. Hotel liegt auf einem Golfplatz, weit weg von Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst hat aber nach 20 Uhr auch kein Restaurant- oder Barbetrieb mehr.

파인힐스 호텔은 골프텔이라 잠만 자야함

호텔 시설은 정말 훌륭하지만 골프장에 딸린 호텔이라서 호텔 자체의 서비스가 아주 부실함, 우선 객실이 빗이 없었고 라운드리 봉투도 없어서 직원에게 물으니까 일회용품을 안둔다고하는 이상한 말을 함. 조식은 골프장 클럽하우스 2층 식당을 이용해야 하는데 메뉴는 당연히 해장국만 있음. 호텔만 이용하는 고객에 대한 배려와 서비스가 절실함.

직원들 응대만 빼면 만족스러운 곳

작년에 방문해보고 만족해서 두번째 방문하였습니다 프론트 여직원의 말투가 호텔이라고 하기에는 너무 경박하여서 체크인 할 때 기분이 나빴구요. 체크아웃 시간이 되기도 전에 청소하시는 아주머니가 현관문을 심하게 두드리더군요. 그리고 체크아웃 시간이 오전 10시라 좀 이른감이 있습니다 그 외에는 대체로 만족합니다

다시 방문하고 싶어요.

호텔을 정할때 침구류가 너무 중요한데 침구류가 휼륭했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했고 방도 크고 다 좋았어요. 이어폰 충전하다 터져서 테이블에 그을음이 생겼는데도 오히려 다치지 않았냐고 확인부터 해주셔서 너무 감사합니다. 깨끗하고 친절한 이호텔 다시 꼭 오고싶네요.

깨끗하고 조용해서 좋아요. 골프텔이라 외곽이긴 하지만 고속도로에서 가까워서 타도시 접근도 용이하고 근처에 주암호 둘레길도 있어 드라이브 하기에도 좋습니다. 다만 골프코스 바로 옆이고 낮은 층은 골프치시는 분들이 가까이 오면 내부가 보일 것 같아 창문 열 때 조심스럽습니다.

시가지와 떨어져 있지만 깨끗하고 자연과 골프코스를 즐길수 있는 최상의 숙박지다. 근처에 송광사가 있어 이또한 큰 장점이다. 겨울에 숙박하여 골프장이 늦게 tee off하므로 해가뜨고 골프장 개장전에 골프코스를 조깅하였는데, 매우 훌륭하였다.

두 아들이 너무나 만족해하는 호텔이였습니다

순천여행을 계획하면서 숙소만큼은 두 아들(중1, 고3)에게 선물을 주고 싶어서 다소 시내에서는 떨어진 파인힐스로 정했습니다. 스위트 룸으로 방을 정했는데 순천여행 계획중에서 아내와 아들들이 가장 만족한 순간이었습니다. 침대가 두개여서 아들들이 하나씩 차지했고 저희 부부은 온돌방에서 수면을 취했습니다. 굉장히 청결하고 화장실과 샤워실도 양쪽 방에 하나씩 있어서 4명이 사용하기에 너무 만족했습니다. 식사는 호텔들어오는 입구에 있는 오성가든에서 했는데 오성 가든 식사도 아주 훌륭했습니다(호텔내 식사는 시간을 맞출수가 없어서 못했습니다) 둘째 아들이 꼭 내년에도 오자고 해서 가기로 약속했습니다. 저도 다시 가고 싶어지는 호텔이어서 강추드립니다

숙박만 했는데 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 골프치는 사람둘이 많으면 번잡하긴 한데 원라 골프장숙소니까 감안해야죠. 숙소로는 아주 좋아요.
