패밀리룸(2층침대)의 경우 침대 위쪽(2층) 사용자는 앉아있을수 없을 정도로 천정과의 거리가 짧아서 불편했습니다.

일단 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 3층이었는데 걸어올라가야 합니다. 청결은 저렴한 가격 대비 괜찮습니다. 하루 묵는 숙소로는 괜찮아요.

아주 깨끗합니다~ 도로변이라도 조용하구요~ 냉난방도 잘 되었습니다 한가지 흠을 잡자면 4인패밀리룸이 작다보니 의자와 옷행거가 없어서 조금 불편 했습니다. 4명 짐과 옷을 바닥에 쌓아두고 지냈어요

滞在時間が本当に短かったので、その間に感じたことを書かせていただきます。夜分遅くの到着になることをご連絡した際にはすぐにお返事をくださり安心感がありました。到着した時に対応してくださったのは女性の方で、おそらくオーナー様かと思いますが、鍵を渡してくださる時に今日は隣に男性の方が宿泊しているから、念のため戸締りをしっかりしてくださいねと声をかけてくださったことがとてもありがたかったです。アメニティーとして歯ブラシと、何か忘れましたがもう一つ受け取りました。その他施設について記載します。部屋には階段を使って上がったと記憶しています。エレベーターはあったのでしょうか…？トイレとシャワーは一緒になっていますが、十分な広さがありました。この手のタイプのホテルに泊まったことがあるので私は気にならなかったです。一人で泊まるには広いぐらいのお部屋で、また、オンドルが効いているので冬でも寒くありません！あとは大きなテレビと、小さな冷蔵庫、コップが2つ置いてありました。周辺には小さいemartやコンビニがあり、買い足しなどには事欠かないと思います。

잘 이용했습니다.

하루 밤 씻고 잘 수 있는 공간으로는 충분했던 것 같아요. 아마 오래 머물렀다면 좀 더 편한 공간을 찾았을 거에요~ 침대 방수 커버에서 움직일 때마다 바스락 소리가 심하게 나서 개선했으면 하는 생각이 들었습니다.

여수에서 놀던 중 날씨가 갑자기 너무 쌀쌀해져서 택시타고 모텔로 갔는데요~ 방도 따듯하게 데울 수 있고 오래된 건물과 시설이었지만 청결하게 관리가 되고 있었어요. 생수 2개,빗, 헤어드라이기, 바디샴푸, 샴푸 제공되고 들어갈 때 일회용 칫솔주고 남자는 면도기도 제공합니다. 다른 모텔에 비해 어메니티 등이 풍족하게 제공되는 건 아니지만 필요한 건 딱 제공되고, 이불도 가벼운데 덮으니까 엄청 따듯하고 좋았어요! 침대 매트리스는 푹신한 편이고(제가 딱딱한 걸 선호하는 편) 허리 아프지 않았어요.

적당한가격 좋은위치의 조용한숙소입니다.

이틀간 여수여행동안 묵었습니다. 전체적으로 숙소는 깨끗하게 정리되어있었지만, 숙박객들이 남기고간 쓰레기, 음식들이 냉동실에 보관되어있어서 기분이 좋지는 않았습니다. (냉동실속 아이스크림이 있었습니다) 서랍속에도 전 숙박객들이 놓고간 쓰레기들이 조금 있었습니다. 방음은 좋지않은편입니다. 옆방에 아주머니들의 이야기소리가 희미하게 들립니다. 제가 예민한편이라 그 점을 감안한다면 나쁘지않습니다. 이 점들을 제외한다면 참 좋은 숙소입니다. 위치는 여수 어디를 가도 참 편합니다. 돌산대교를 지나서 거북선대교를 지나 오동도 관광하기도 좋고, 케이블카를 이용하기도 좋습니다. 이순신광장도 가까운편이고 근처에 맛있는 음식점들도 한블록 건너서 있습니다. 주차장은 꽤 넓은 편이라 주차는 걱정없이 할 수 있습니다. cu편의점이 바로 옆에 있는점도 장점입니다. 그리고 사장님이 매우 친절하십니다. 이틀간의 여수여행 덕분에 너무 즐겁게 하고 갑니다.

게스트하우스에서 모텔로

게스트하우스 시절에 묶고 기억이 좋아 재방문했는데, 그때의 깔끔한 조식이 없어져 아쉽습니다. 그외의 장단은 그대로 입니다. 게장거리가 가까워 식사나 저녁 혼술 즐기기에 좋고, 그러면서 한 블록정도는 떨어져 있어 어느 정도 조용합니다. 돌산대교~낭만포차거리도 15~20분 정도 도보거리. 버스정류장이 숙소 바로 앞입니다. - 연박 시, 청소를 안 하는 것은 아쉽네요. 수건을 내어놨는데 새 수건하고 음료수는 안 채워주셨네요. - 중년의 여행객이 이웃에 묶었는데 어찌나 쿵쾅 문을 여닫으며 들락거리는지...

깨끗하고 만족합니다.

조용하고 깨끗한 곳입니다. 전에 게스트하우스로 운영했던 곳이라 아직 여러 사이트에서 게스트하우스로 검색이 되는데요. 올 초 부터 모텔로 다시 업종을 변경하셨데요.. 따라서 조식은 제공되지 않았지만 아주 조용하고 깨끗한 곳입니다. 재방문 의사 있고 추천합니다.
