Check in was smooth and easy. the place has nice aircon and decent views throughout the area. lots of shops local . Only thing is that it’s slightly different from the photos however i am pleased with my stay

The Apartment itself is OK. and the host was very friendly. However, it is listed as a two bedroom, two bath and while, technically, it is that, the second bedroom is very small and only has a single bed and the toilet in the second bathroom only flushed when it felt like it. To make matters worse there was a Queen Sized Mattress propped against the wall. The friends we were traveling with had to check into a hotel as two people simply couldn't sleep in the bed. While the flat itself was clean the building it is in is an absolute disgrace. It is filthy. Stained carpets and litter strewn around the hall ways and the elevators. On the floor we were on there was a very heavy smell of Marijuana constantly and two of the flats had the front doors kicked in and were nailed shut. The aesthetics are awful. I don't like to diss on a place but we wouldn't recommend this property.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The host was to email me a few days before awith the address and access details but never did. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. The living room looked like a storage cupboard, with a full-size spare mattress stored upright and other items crammed into the corner. The TV unit door was broken off and left against the wall, an extension lead hung beside the TV, and the air-conditioning unit was damaged and hanging off the wall. In the hallway the Wi-Fi router sat on the floor with cables and extension leads everywhere. One bedroom had a loose headboard propped up with a pillow, a mirror left on the floor instead of hung, more trailing cables, and bedding thrown into the wardrobe. The main bedroom had items stored in the corner, the shower tray was filthy, and the air conditioning wouldn't cool below 18°C, making the apartment unbearably hot. Advertised for 4, yet there was one double and one single bed, only three mugs, two pint glasses, one champagne flute, two bowls, two plates, and no tea towel. Safety was also a concern. The smoke alarm was covered with a bag, and when the air-con tripped, neighbours banged on the door because this apartment housed the breaker for the whole floor. Other flats OMG padlocked up.
