The parking garage was warmer than the condo, no way to turn yp the heat. Had a female front desk employee not impressed, then had a male, he was fabulous. I had to also pay $10 for a room card, the app wouldnt load on my phone, the key card wouldnt work for parking garage and had to run back and forth several times to get a different card, then they finally admitted they were having issues with the box!

I was really disappointed with customer service. Well actually one lady which I think she was even a manager was not welcoming at all. She was rude and just seemed annoyed. Kindness goes a long way. My son slept on pull out couch and found a condom wrapper. The parking was full the day we arrived but did not have a shuttle to go to and from property at the alternate off site parking area . The place is outdated and needs to upgrade

The resort itself leaves a lot to be desired for the amount of money we pay. Resort fees for what? Noone cleans the room until checkout, one protein bar for four people? One coffebag enough for one day...no bottled water or clean towels. Noone answers the phone when calling from the room phone. Parking is an additional $55/per day to park there...ridiculous! Park at the nordic center half of the price!

The mountain view was nice, it was a great location for skiing and strolling through main street. The water in the shower didn’t get hot only warm. I was charged a hold at the check in that was not disclosed when booking through Expedia and was told it would be returned. The hold was not returned. parking charged per night and extra resort fees even if there was a resort fee paid when booking through Expedia. The front desk person who was a woman during check out was rude when I asked for clarification on the extra resort charges that were not disclosed during booking. Nice area but lots of fees.

I recognize we’ve gone at the busiest time of the year and that stress levels for everyone is likely at an all-time high. We live in the area and wanted a break from our normal day to day and booked this accommodation, as we’ve stayed here many times before. The room, amenities, and surrounding village area was as expected; clean and beautiful. Thr children enjoyed every moment of it. Upon arrival, however, things unraveled. After paying for parking and being informed wheee to park, the parking key did not work. Upon inquiring at the front desk, was informed that we didn’t pay for parking and it was sold out. We were then instructed elsewhere to park. Surely, there could have been massively better communication surrounding this but accidents happen. On checkout day, we figured to allow the children to swim the hour leading up checking out (11:00 AM). I arrive back to the room at 10:40 to double check last belongs to find room keeping already thrown out our foods and beverages and began flipping the room. One of the child’s early Christmas gifts was discarded and both housekeeping and myself where shocked to be in this situation. I communicated all of this to the front desk only to brushed off and told my receipt would be in my email. I wasn’t being inconsiderate, rude, or demanding - I simply was informing them of the parking situation and housekeeping throwing away our perishable goods and one Christmas present. Would we come back? We simply don’t know anymore.

We were very disappointed with our stay in Room #1206 in the Antero building. The unit did not match the photos shown on Expedia and fell far below expected standards. The bedroom carpet and furniture looked dirty, and a food wrapper was found on the floor. The room was poorly lit, and unnecessary extra furniture made the small space feel cramped. The wooden bedframe was a safety hazard—both my husband and I hit the sharp corners, and I was left with a bruise. The bathroom also felt unsafe. The bathtub had no non-slip surface, and the sliding glass door did not track securely. The dining table was worn, and the living room furniture looked extremely old and unclean. I did not get to enjoy the living room at all because it did not feel clean enough to sit on the furniture. The only positive feature was the rocking chairs on the balcony, the mountain view, and skiing. Note - This is the first time I've ever rated a 1 star and I have travelled for many, many years between business and personal. There are plenty of other condos/villages to stay in Breckenridge.
