Worst Hotel Experience Ever — Stay Far Away
My family and I had the worst hotel experience imaginable. The moment we walked in, the place felt nasty to the T. There was a strong cockroach smell, the bed was uncomfortable and honestly looked creepy, and the sheets were clearly dirty. Even the towels smelled like they had already been worn. The entire room felt closed in, dark, and unwelcoming. Absolutely not worth the $650 we paid for two nights.
To make matters worse, the front desk completely messed up our reservation. They accidentally gave our room to my brother-in-law because his name is similar to my husband’s. After that, they didn’t have another room ready for us. It was a total disaster and extremely unprofessional.
The parking situation is another nightmare. You literally have to walk through half the building and take four elevators just to get to your car—if parking is even available.
Overall, this is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away.
