Ocean Breeze Retreat is waiting for you at this Open water views 2-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a king bed and two twin beds, plus a cozy living room with a blow up queen bed. Two bathrooms make getting ready easy and convenient. The space feels bright and inviting with open water views from the living area and the back patio. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this house offers a welcoming retreat.
Boaters will appreciate the 32' concrete dock that can accommodate a 29' boat.

An electric golf cart is included for getting around the resort!

Venture Out, the gated community in which our house is located, has a registration fee of $125
( per stay) which must be paid at the gate upon arrival, This may be paid by cash or credit card (4% fee).Venture out has tons of amenities: an 80" heated pool, a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool, a saltwater swimming area with a sandy beach, a marina store with gas pumps, 2 boat ramps, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce courts, pickle ball courts, a children's playground, and more!

There is room to park one vehicle under the house, other vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot at cost of $5/day up to 14 days based upon availability. Trailers also must be kept in the overflow lot.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

This property had an electric golf cart available for use that was parked in the carport! The home was clean and had plenty of plush bathroom towels. The kitchen had TWO types of coffee makers: a Keurig and a carafe drip coffeemaker! The kitchen had a full complement of pots, pans, cooking appliances and spices. There was efficient and effective temperature control. The Venture Out community was quiet and safe. There was a lovely, spacious heated pool that was big enough to swim laps in, and a hot tub. There was a sandy beach area. Our host was helpful and immediately answered our many questions about the anticipated upcoming weather on the coast, We would highly recommend this property for a nice vacation rental.

Lovely view of the water. Looked like the pictures! Clean, very nice towels and bed linens, comfortable beds. New appliances, cooking utensils and dish’s. Located in a large community with pool, tennis/pickle ball, bocce courts and activities. Loved it!!
