BOOKING & RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Minimum stay: 28 days
Start date must be the 1st of the month
Split months not allowed unless pre-approved by management
Bookings not adhering to these rules will be cancelled

CANCELLATION POLICY
100% refund if canceled 60+ days before check-in
