Phenomenal. The grounds surrounding the apartment home are amazing. The apartment was plenty spacious for our family stay and conveniently located to everything in the Summerland/Montecito/Santa Barbara vicinity. We especially enjoyed when Owen (friendly dog) would stop by the apartment to say hello or when he would occasionally accompany us on walks around the property. As a golfer, I particularly enjoyed use of the driving range and practice green area. Highly recommend.

Golfers Dream

Lisa’s place was perfect for our weekend, the cottage was beautifully appointed, spotless and very comfortable. The property is amazing, a golfers dream! Gorgeous location and wonderful driving range and putting green. Communication with Lisa was excellent and we especially enjoyed River the property dog! We look forward to coming back again soon!

Nice Cottage

Loved the property. Excellent communication/host. Would stay there again. If you like to golf, take advantage of the putting green and driving range as you'll likely have it all to yourself.
