This private 1bd/1bth standalone guesthouse sleeps up to four with a queen bed upstairs and a queen sofa bed downstairs. Unwind in the jacuzzi, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy meals in the full kitchen and dining area. Pet-friendly, with in-unit laundry and a peaceful setting, it’s the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and California coastal magic.
Park onsite along the rock wall directly in front of the cottage, follow the steps up into a fenced, lush garden that instantly sets the tone for a restorative stay. Here, a pair of inviting chairs waits for morning coffee or a good book, surrounded by gardens teaming with butterflies and hummingbirds. Just beyond, the jacuzzi and BBQ create the perfect setting for long, relaxed afternoons and cozy evenings under the stars.
From the garden a few steps lead you up to the ocean view deck and front door. French doors open to sweeping ocean views—an unforgettable spot for sunrise mornings and glowing Summerland sunsets. The first floor living room is a comfortable, sunlit living space with a queen pullout sofa, smart TV, and heating unit, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is also on this level and just out back you’ll find dedicated laundry.
In the upstairs bedroom enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the queen size bed or settle into a cozy reading nook with a good book.
This standalone guesthouse is on a multi-unit property with nearby neighbors/upper tenants in a separate unit. The cottage yard is completely fenced for dog guests and the entrance to the cottage is private.

*Upper tenants have a cat that roams the property but will not enter the cottage :)
