The Perdect Getaway Place

It is hard to find spacious hotel rooms but this room had more space than we even needed. Comfortable beds, blackout shades, and beautiful views of the hills, Alps in the distance and castle ruins literally accross the street. It was peaceful and perfect! And the breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel were amazing!

Overall a very enjoyable 6 day stay in this comfortable, modern hotel in beautiful country surroundings. Possibly as a holdover from Covid, there is noone available at reception in the mornings until 11 a.m. which is quite inconvenient and gives a poor impression with the entrance lobby in semi-darkness. Apart from that the breakfasts were good, as were the other meals we enjoyed on the outdoor terrace and we would happily stay there again if we were in the area.

MADE TO FEEL SO WELCOME!

I cant give this hotel and in particular the owners Lars and his wife enough credit for making our stay a great one! A one night business trip arriving at 10:30pm, Lars could have quite easily given us our room keys and said good night. He did not do this, what he did was offer us the chance to sample a Bavarian beer or 3 under the garden heater listening to the sounds of the hills which surround this stunning hotel, whilst conversing in perfect English! Our short stay was made even better by the continental breakfast and views to give any hotel a run for their money!

Full German 3 star hotel!

Nice, full German 3 stars. Recommend however depends on price you pay! I bought a number on a great sale from hotel.com. Breakfast very good! Beds comfy!
