Two-room apartment located on Lake Iseo in a complex with swimming pool. The apartment, of about 50 square meters, is located on the ground floor of a residence with a direct view of the lake. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette equipped with appliances, a 4-seater table, an area with a queen size sofa bed, TV and WiFi connection. A comfortable bedroom furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and two nightstands. The bathroom has a cabinet with mirror, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Guests have access to a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs at the front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two deckchairs that can be placed in the garden. 50 meters from the residence there is a small beach accessible to everyone. The railway with local trains with limited frequency passes 50 meters away. The opening of the residence's swimming pool is subject to specific anti-COVID rules that could affect its closure without notice.
Pool opening on 10 June. A security deposit of €300 (€600 if you have a pet) is required, by credit card. The card details will be requested when the booking is confirmed, but the block will be activated when the guest arrives. Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory to access the pool.
