I would never recommend them. I also need to be reimbursed for what I paid on the original booking with you. I have my original booking receipt & I have the receipt for paying a 2nd time. Check in took 45 minutes & we had a wedding to attend! Other guests had been waiting over an hour to get checked in as well. Please refund my original booking amount."

"I was disappointed that management allowed a large number of Mexican laborers to throw a party outside in the parking lot adjacent to my room. There was a lot of hollering, singing to Mexican music on the radio along with associated beer drinking and food consumption. This permitted behavior would have scared many of your customers as well as me if I was not licensed to carry a concealed weapon!"
