This charming and historic residence offers an exceptional blend of character, comfort, and coastal living. Nestled just one block from the beach, shops, and restaurants, this home sits on a beautifully landscaped, block-to-block fenced lot. Walking to the finest in Sullivans Island dining and entertainment is right around the corner.
The main level features inviting living spaces, including a cozy living room with adjoining sunroom and a separate formal dining room with heart pine floors and original beadboard accents. Relax in the sun room and enjoy the game table or the desk area if you need to work while on vacation!
The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, Jenn Air and DCS stainless steel appliances. A large dining room services 8 people, perfect for family dinners. The butcher block island adds charm to the space with bar seating for 3. Open floor plan from the kitchen to the family room allowing you to entertain while you cook!
A generous primary suite on the main floor includes a king bed, closet and an ensuite bath with double vanities, soaking tub and glassed in shower. An additional bedroom featuring a daybed/trundle with an updated half bath. The laundry room, with front load washer and dryer is located just off the master suite.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a fully updated bath, and a charming widows walk/play area. Shiplap accents the walls and ceilings that capture the Sullivans Island vibe. The upper South bedroom features a queen bed. The upper North bedroom is perfect for kids with custom crafted built in twin beds. The widows walk is perfect for star gazing or relaxing on the yoga mats.
Outdoor living is impressive, with a spacious screened front porch with French doors, a comfortable seating area with dining for 8, porch swing and dining area overlooking the expansive yard, and mature landscaping throughout. You will love the back porch area with a spacious outdoor dining space with seating for 8 that overlooks the large lawn.
This rental is offered on a 30 day minimum stay requirement. A separate lease and security deposit are required. Security Device present: Ring Camera covers the front steps and rear steps. The home is strictly nonsmoking and no pets are allowed.
