Library room, children's playroom, 2 showers, 2 toilets. Air source heat pump.

Separate lakeside sauna built in 1987, renovated in 2011, 90 m², wood-fired stove and electric stove in the sauna, room with 2 showers, dressing room, toilet, living room with open fireplace, kitchenette. Terrace with wood stove and grill.
