Welcome to this charming Sierra-style cabin nestled in the quiet and picturesque neighborhood of Sugarloaf. Exudes rustic charm and comfort, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Close to the National Forest, Maple Hills Hiking Trails, and Sugarloaf Park. Minutes to the Village shops, restaurants, ski resorts, biking, boating, fishing, and hiking.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, ceiling fan, (no fireplace use), and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and deck access. Second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed, and ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
