Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pls wash all pots/pans/dishes used prior to departure. Leave all cleaned dishes/pots in dish rack next to sink. Don't put dishes away-This helps cleaning crew for easy dish & pot inspection.
Guest should empty out refrigerator at check out. Please do not leave any food or beverages in the refrigerator.
Please bag trash in put in black city bin only. Only recycle items in blue bin. Trash must be in bags with bins lids close as animals will go through trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
