This beautiful home offers an architectural mix of modern and rustic style featuring a comfortable front porch with a beautiful river and valley view. Offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bath that will sleep 4 with true hospitality, this home creates the perfect environment to enjoy the natural beauty of its mountain farm location. The distinctive beauty and charm of this newly remodeled sets it apart from the rest.

Set on a private 75-acre farm in Valle Crucis, the cottage has a private hot tub, sweeping mountain views, and plenty to explore. Paddle the river with our 2 kayaks and canoe, or hike the 20-30 minute trail to our ridge-top tiny house for the best view on the farm. Please note: no pets, no parties, no smoking, and shoes off inside.

Your home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation in the Valle Crucis/Boone area. The dining table seats six alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with rustic industrial accents. A cozy, relaxed living room has rustic decorations adding to the cabin atmosphere. There is a modern gas log fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter or those crisp fall nights. The front porch offers private, breathtaking views of the pastureland, river and mountains beyond. Other amenities include hiking trails on the property, internet, and TV.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We had an excellent time at the cottage! We enjoyed the kitchen and the grill, the hot tub, and exploring the property. It’s close to Valle Crucis, which we loved being able to visit often. Also super close to Boone!

Mental reboot

A wonderful, quiet retreat within driving distance of shopping, food and tavern. Everything was so nice. Beautiful renovated little cottage that was just what we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the grounds were immaculate. Great hiking and photo ops.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the Maybell House. Cozy and well appointed. The privacy was perfect for relaxing! The hot tub and firepit also added to the experience. So grateful for the trial up to the Tiny Home! Perfect walking place and great view!We both commented that we would rent this location again.
