In the beautiful town of Suderburg, on the edge of the forest, stands an old barn that we have lovingly converted into vacation rentals over the past two years. There, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, have delicious barbecues, and it’s the ideal starting point for excursions, hikes, and bike rides.
Shopping options are 2 km away, and there are also two restaurants in town. Lake Hardausee is about 7 km away and is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.

The ALTE Scheune offers accommodations for families, couples, friends, or solo travelers. There is 1 apartment with a double bed and 2 vacation apartments, each with 2 bedrooms.

Free Wi-Fi and covered parking are available for each of the 3 units.

This apartment is designed for 2 people. It is located on the first floor and features a large room with a double bed and a kitchen. A travel crib can easily be added.

From the bed, you have a wonderful view of the garden, and the patio door leads directly outside. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A microwave, as well as a washer and dryer, are available in a room accessible to all guests from outside.

The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is located in a separate room right next to it.

If you’d rather not sit on the patio in the evening, the apartment also has a flat-screen TV.

Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge in this vacation rental. Dogs are allowed in this apartment, but please keep them off the bed.
Smoking, however, is NOT permitted here. There is, however, a seating area in front of the house under the awning. It’s also a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine.
