The photos shown on the VRBO are significantly outdated and inaccurate of the current condition of the property. This property is listed as Family friendly child safe and it was not child safe. There is extensive use of extension cord wiring both in the kitchen and the outdoor child play area. The child play set is in disrepair. The corn hole set legs are broken and the screws were exposed so we did not let the children play in the vicinity. The cleanliness of the floors is also in question there is a granular sensation when walking on it. We are an Asian family so we leave our shoes at the door. Our feet were covered in a white residue and we had to use slippers indoors. We used a towel to try to clean the residue ourselves. The children were not allowed without their shoes in the house. The house appears to have been in prior disrepair as the condition of the front yard is very unkempt. Flooring is incomplete and we arrived with the kitchen sink not working and most likely growing mosquitos as half of us got bit. The spa water was not changed per the machines indication. A bummer as we were not able to use it the night of arrival.
