Great location. Room was very small with poor lighting. No water bottle, coffee/tea or facecloths in the room. The shampoo and body wash are the same bottle, no hair conditioner. Check-in and out was not quick. Lovely bar for cocktails.

Staff was not helpful when checking in. Also when asked if they had vending machines in the hotel somewhere, the front desk was rude. She said if you want a vendor machine you have to go out to the street. We do not have machines at this hotel! Room was very bare bones. No extras. The room was very dirty. Carpet was dirty, the room needed a good paint job. The positives were , very comfortable bed, very quiet.

Cute, clean, efficient room. The lobby, bar, lounge and dining area were a calm, inviting, gemütlich oasis in the heart of the city.
