Der Eigentümer war sehr sympathisch und für Änderungsvorschläge offen und immer ansprechbar. Die An- und Abreise unkompliziert. Negativ ist die Lage, da es sehr laut ist, auch in dem Haus. Da wir nicht im Urlaub waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Im Zimmer wäre eine Art Stehlampe o.ä. angenehmer. Die indirekte Beleuchtung der abgehängten Decke ist sehr schön, um etwas zu lesen o.ä. aber zu dunkel. Die Deckenbeleuchtung sonst ist sehr hell und ungemütlich, wenn man abends sitzt.
