My girl friend and I wanted a get away weekend for Valentines day. After we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for unknown reasons and we could drive three miles to another hotel to use their pool. We were also told that the water was being shut off at 9:00 am on our last day. Add in the constant dog barking down the hall and my perfect weekend wasn't so perfect.

The pool and whirlpool were both closed. And the breakfast wasn’t what we were told (we were told it would be a hot breakfast with eggs and sausage but it was not). We had paid $20 extra for this hotel in order to access a pool. A small credit to our room cost or even a future room rental would have gone a long way.
