TV did not work for our entire stay. We reported it the first night but it was never fixed. Turn on, warm up, freeze and turn off, over and over again. Could not watch.. I asked for clean towels daily, third day I had to ask for towels and then walk around the dirty ones that were not picked up. Toilet seat was loose and we kept getting hit in the back with seat cover.

We've stayed here in one of the cottages on several occasions when visiting Door County. We love the location, the friendliness of the staff, the service, and especially that the cottages are dog friendly. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Very quaint and unique inn. Old but many updates to make it very user friendly ie; tiled showers, sinks and faucets etc. It was right on the canal so beautiful views and very quiet. We had a lovely stay.

Quick and easy check in. Beautiful view from the room and the inn is located directly on the waterfront. This is a pet friendly, which was evident by the cleanliness of the room. There was pet hair everywhere! Within five minutes, my friend’s socks looked like a dust rag. I wish I could post a picture on this review. Also note that the stairs to the loft are steep and narrow. This may be a concern for some with mobility issues.

We've visited Sturgeon Bay four times in as many years, and each time we've admired the Snug Harbor Inn from a distance—this year, we finally made it our home base, and we're so glad we did! The location couldn't be better—set in a safe, scenic area right on the water, it offers beautiful views and a quick drive to the downtown restaurants and shops. The nightly rate was very affordable, especially considering the prime location and easy access to all that Door County has to offer. Our room was very clean and well-kept, though a bit on the small side. That said, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was a little on the firm side, so not the most luxurious sleep, but honestly, we were mostly there to rest after full days of exploring—so it did the job just fine. Overall, Snug Harbor Inn lived up to our expectations and then some. We felt relaxed, safe, and welcomed—and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sturgeon Bay!

Very quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. The handle on the door to the waterfront deck was missing on the outside and pulled through from the inside. One of the dimmer switch knobs was missing, the spiral staircase was very squeaky/noisy. Host and staff were very nice and helpful.

My husband and I planned a trip to Sturgeon Bay for a guided fishing trip. We booked cottage 4 at Snug Harbor for the long weekend. It was perfect for us! It is nestled right on the water and close to many attractions. A big perk is the outdoor Tiki bar across the street. One downfall was being right next to a boat launch, those boats at 3am are not the quietest.

Wonderful view of the bay. Our cottage had a small kitchen with most everything that you would need. It's a short drive to downtown. We would recommend this motel and absolutely stay here again if in the area.
