This is a very big rundown hotel that must have been really something in its heyday. The rooms are clean but basic and it is not a cheap hotel. It is in a good location but I do not recomment that you stay here.

The hotel was functional for a couple nights stay for Sturbridge/Brimfield, but not very clean or comfortable. There was ample parking, it's attached to the Sturbridge show, and only a ten minute drive from heart of the mart. It definitely got the job done, but I would not stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for many years going to the Brimfield Flea. We hadn’t gone for a few years and decided to go this year. The hotel is in disrepair. Front desk people were very nice and helpful but that’s the only upside. We heard that the hotel is up for sale. I didn’t like it it was dirty, I have the video of the bathroom I was disgusting, the room there was no refrigerator and microwave they charged me for the refrigerator and the microwave for every single day that I was going to stay there, the ac was not working and the room smell terrible.

Outdated property. Windows need a cleaning throughout. May have been nice at 1 time. Vacant "Tavern" on the property. The grounds are very pretty but the courtyard is not. Some rooms have sliders to the indoor pool area? Guests rolling their suitcases on the brick floor sounds like a plane coming in for a landing. Not on my list for another stay..

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities however need to be updated and modernized. The parking lot was not properly clear of the snow even though there was a large convention.

When we first got a room The outside table to our room had cigarettes and beer bottles on it and it reeked of smoke, the staff were very nice and changed us to another room. No mini fridge the hot tub she said was no longer in use because it broke and they never fixed it and neither was the bar downstairs open anymore , the outside looks so run down. It’s such a same because at one point the host hotel was beautiful these new owners have really let the place rot. We did use the pool and that was nice.
