Two under building reserved parking spaces with remote gate entrance. NOTE: The condo is located within 100 yards of active train tracks. Trains do pass by throughout the day and several times during the night. The impact glass in the condo helps to minimize the noise. Most if not all of past guests have commented that while they can definitely hear the noise, it is not an area of major concern.
