Ideally located to visit Umbria, Tuscany and Rome, the villa is part of a large country estate south of Umbria, surrounded by vineyards and woodlands.
The guests can enjoy spacious grounds including a number of games for children, a large garden with swimming pool, an old wood-fired oven which can be used to make bread and roasts, a BBQ for unforgettable outdoor meals in the shade of the old oak tree, and, naturally, free access to the entire estate so it is possible to walk in the pine forest or among the vineyards of the farm.
Villa Umbria has undergone total refurbishment and now consists of two large apartments (320 mq in total) rented as a whole villa.
