Unfortunately, this property offered me no help in getting to the venue when the bus dropped me at the shopping centre 5 mins drive away. I think it’s pretty poor that they didn’t try to pick me up. I couldn’t get a taxi, and was stranded in the cold & rain. Luckily a local bus driver took pity, went off his route & dropped me at the venue. I’ve been at other guest houses who have picked me up from public transport. Caring for your customers is a BIG part of hospitality.

Det Àr en gammal byggnad, och det mÄste man ta hÀnsyn till nÀr man övervÀger helhetsupplevelsen. Servicen och frukosten var förstklassiga. Jag hade bara ett enkelrum för en natt, och trots att det bara var 10 kvadratmeter stort var det helt okej. Jag skulle komma tillbaka.
