The apartment is located a 7-minute drive from Stresa\'s lakeside promenade, Lungolago di Stresa, on the shores of the Borromean Gulf on Lake Maggiore. The town was a popular destination with European nobility in the 19th century, and it enjoys many Belle Époque-style buildings and villas. Its main attractions are the picturesque Borromean Islands, which are known for their opulent palaces and well-manicured gardens. The islands can be reached via one of the ferries in the port (a 9-minute drive away). There are several restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute drive.

The lush gardens of Villa Pallavicino and Stresa’s main beach are both approximately a 6-minute drive away. For golfers, Golf Club Alpino di Stresa and Golf Des Iles Borromees are both an 8-minute drive. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Mottarone Mountain (a 29-minute drive) with panoramic views across the Lake.
