Room and facilities were excellent, staff friendly and helpful. However dinner was a disaster, wrong food ordered by the waitress, a starter instead of a main, unsure of food allergy, resulting in one guest being served their meal after the other 5 attendee's had already finished their meals.

Nice hotel within easy walking distance to rail station and town centre. Check in staff were pleasant. I had checked in on the app and wasn’t notified when my room was ready which meant I was hanging around in reception when I could have been in my room. In future I’ll ask at the desk rather than relying on the app. My room was huge! Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom which was spotless. Sound proofing is not great especially when guests show no consideration to others and slam doors and shout to their friends in the corridors. Ear plugs did the trick though!

Loved this place! Great comfortable room and the breakfast was really good! We had a great 2 night stay. We were trying to stay a 3rd night, but, they were full up. It’s clean and overall very nice. We had a lovely large room that was comfortable and mostly peaceful. Breakfast was fine. Position of the hotel is reasonable although it’s a short walk to the main area and sights of Stratford upon Avon. Parking was very convenient although it is payable. I did report a maintenance issue which I found out wasn’t reported. Staff member then dealt with it very efficiently

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The welcome cookies were appreciated by my daughter. But the bath didn’t drain very well when showering and our room was near a fire door which was constantly banging each morning. Not ideal for a lie in!
