The car park system there is a mess. You add your registration to an ipad but this is a separate system to the hotel. The hotel charged me for my parking when I checked in, but, as far as I can tell, there was no link between my room and my car registration. So how do I know that I won't get a letter through the post from some company saying I owe them money for parking there for 2 nights? The people on reception weren't too reassuring when I expressed my concerns and one even admitted it is an over-complicated system. I also messaged the hotel through Hotels.com to let them know it was my wife's birthday during the stay and if they could do anything to make it special it would be really appreciated. No response at all. I don't take things for granted, but I guess a reply would've been nice!

The staff were very courteous and friendly, especially an older man in the breakfast room. Sorry I have forgotten his name. The room was very ean and comfortable. We liked the location as we're older and didn't have to walk a long way into town. One question... paid £12 for parking, but the hotel takes no responsibility for the parked cars. Have you got Cctv ? Or a night watchman patrolling?

The room was comfortable enough but very dark. There is no central lighting, just lamps everywhere,which made it very difficult to see when putting make up on. There was no draws to put cloths in, hence most of our clothing was left in our bags. Very frustrating.

The room was clean and well presented, the bed comfortable and spacious, resulting in a good nights sleep. The hotel is in easy walking distance of Stratford's shops and theatres, and has all you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and a special mention to Ben who worked diligently at breakfast time.
