The pillows were stained with what appeared to be grease. The shower curtain was dirty. Although the facility was designated as non-smoking, the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, I brought my own washcloth and blanket. I reported these issues to the front desk staff, who seemed unable to comprehend the severity of the problems."
