"Exhaust fan in bathroom was incredibly loud and could not be turned off separately from the light in the bathroom. Water took a long time to become hot in the shower. Interstate traffic is very loud and the hotel walls are not well-insulated. Receipt was not provided at check-out and is not accessible online either. "

I went down to the desk and asked for a room with a window that opened, they had one available. The exterior of the window was covered in black mold/mildew. But the room didn't smell horrible. There were no bath towels provided in the room. Which I hadn't noticed until the morning when I was ready to shower. There was a nice "speakeasy" in the lowest floor of the hotel."

There was no communication about this beforehand, so I had no way of knowing."
