Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience

Accueil parfait... peut rebuter certaines personnes car c'est une résidence de personnes Ägées alors que les photos ne le montrent pas mais c était parfait pour une nuit d autant que le tram n était qu à 10 minutes à pied, idéal pour aller à notre spectacle

Un hĂŽtel confortable, mais avec quelques surprises

L'Ă©tablissement est propre, spacieux et dispose d’une belle terrasse agrĂ©able. Les chambres sont confortables, offrant un bon niveau de commoditĂ©. Cependant, il est important de noter que cet hĂŽtel semble avant tout ĂȘtre une maison de retraite qui accueille Ă©galement des voyageurs, ce qui peut surprendre. De plus, la rĂ©ception 24h/24 annoncĂ©e n'est pas respectĂ©e. À certaines heures, il est difficile, voire impossible, de trouver quelqu'un Ă  l'accueil, ce qui peut poser problĂšme en cas de besoin. Un point Ă  amĂ©liorer pour garantir un service Ă  la hauteur des attentes des clients.

Cet Ă©tablissement n’est pas un hĂŽtel, comme le souligne trĂšs bien l’accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©. Toutefois, cela n’est pas indiquĂ© sur la description de l’hĂ©bergement. Il s’agit d’une rĂ©sidence autonome pour seniors ! Le petit dĂ©jeuner est donc Ă  partager avec les rĂ©sidents et il n’est pas possible de le prendre en chambre comme le suggĂšrent les photos. Une taxe pour le chien nous a Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©e Ă  l’arrivĂ©e alors que c’était indiquĂ© comme Ă©tant gratuit au moment de la rĂ©servation. Il n’est pas possible de payer les taxes en carte bleue. Il n’est possible que de payer en espĂšce alors que la description indiquait qu’il Ă©tait possible de payer en carte bleue. Enfin, l’appartement Ă©tait convenable. Toutefois, il y a quand mĂȘme une odeur particuliĂšre et la machine Ă  cafĂ© Ă©tait inutilisable puisqu’il y avait un filtre fossilisĂ© Ă  l’intĂ©rieur.

Établissement trĂšs calme et agrĂ©able. Pas de parking Ă  proprement dit mais il y a suffisamment de place devant l’établissement pour que ce ne soit pas un problĂšme. Ce n’est pas un hĂŽtel mais un bon hĂ©bergement.
