Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall good property with some recent renovation. Unfortunately, the room we were given, though in the renovated section, was smelling bad due to the drainage. The staff first agreed to change our room but once we got down with our bags seem to have a change of mind. They instead put a device to deodourise the room; and promised to fix the bathroom door to allow it to be closed properly. The bathroom door was never fixed. I did find the duvet covers dirty.The room was smaller than expected for 4 of us.

It was a quick and easy walk from the train station, but it was more in a business/construction zone. It was still a convenient walk to all the beautiful action. The rooms were filled with amenities and the staff is amazing. Also, the pool/spa takes one hour appointments to rent, but it is open late which is wonderful.
