Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The door lock malfunctioned, and despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t access the apartment for hours. There were visible issues with the lock, and even the next day it only worked using a non-standard technique. What was most frustrating is that there was no 24-hour emergency help available, and the agency ultimately refused to take responsibility for what happened. Overall, it was stressful and not what I expected from a professional rental.
