The squeaky inner door of the apartment is the only annoyance in the stay. Other than that, it was really nice. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from town and close enough to the Gare to easily make it to our train.

Guests should be aware that you will need to check yourself in over the weekend. I received an email with a code to get into the building and a code for the lockbox, however someone was still in my room when I went to check in- this made me nervous about security since I was able to access a room that was already occupied. I found an on call number and was eventually able to speak with someone who provided a code to access another room.

This is like a hotel and dorm at the same time. You have to wash your dishes and take out your trash. Having said that, I liked having a kitchenette and the bed was comfortable, so I would stay there again. Great location for the Strasbourg Christmas markets!

Hotel was run down but for the price it was not too shocking. The worst part was they misprogrammed my key so it ran out a day earlier than my check out. Had to call the emergency number as there was no 24/7 reception. The man on the phone was rude and said I was in the wrong room despite having stayed in that room for 2 days prior. My key did not work in the “correct” room either. Eventually they gave in and let me have the emergency key which I realised could unlock any door in the hotel which was extremely worrying. Would not stay again

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the historic center and the train station. Reception has very limited hours, but they are attentive. The rooms are clean, the bed very comfortable, and the linens clean. However, it needs better maintenance: the clothes hangers are useless, the bathroom mirror is broken, and the shower curtain is very stained.

Great location for the Christmas markets. Room was clean and spacious for a European Hotel. Breakfast was a bonus since I we didn't know it was included. No eggs. Cereal, yogurt, fresh bread, juice, fruit and a little meat and cheese. We didn't use the kitchen, but they brought a coffee pot that I didn't end up using since it was available at breakfast.

Very well-located hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. We walked everywhere. Despite the winter cold, the hotel was very warm. There were kitchen utensils and we were able to use the small kitchen functionally.
