Upon checking in, the staff informed us the elevator was broken. Considering one in our group was mobility challenged, this would’ve been good information to get ahead of time. The room was spacious by European standards and very clean. Staff was lovely. And, although we did not have the breakfast, it looked delicious with a lot of variety. No kettle or coffee maker in the room, although coffee was available in the breakfast area.

The location is very convenient. The small France area is in walking distance as well as the central train station, and tram stops. The service is good. Breakfast is okey but could have better variety.
