The worst hotel I've been. The heating system in the room was not enough and there were no additional blankets. Hair dryer does not heat and they dont have a spare one to lend, and dont even care. Service really poor

Our stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The location couldn’t be better—close to all the popular tourist spots, with the Christmas market just a short five-minute stroll away. What made the experience exceptional was the service. Safia and Genesia went above and beyond in every interaction. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. Their outstanding customer service really set this hotel apart. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here for an unforgettable and comfortable experience.

I stayed at the Ibis in STB for 5 day, at my 2nd day they told me I have to move room bc the room was scheduled for som maintenance, why you put someone in the room that is going for maintenance? They told me i have to leave the room b4 noon, but my other room was going to be ready only after 3 pm, and instead to keep me in the same level or upgrade me, they “downgrade” me, the new room was horrible, facing the garage, painting was peeling, noise, horrible. I don’t recommend.

The location is very convenient. The small France area is in walking distance as well as the central train station, and tram stops. The service is good. Breakfast is okey but could have better variety.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is well located for walking to most locations. The public areas are in good condition. Although the rooms are very clean, they are quite small and very well used. Showers have replaced baths and there is now a significant step down from the shower.
