Stayed for one night, before train trip to Paris. The hotel staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was quite trendy and beautiful, the breakfast was top notch and the all to the train staion was quick and easy. Perfect for our needs.

Touring stop in Strasbourg, FR

Nice hotel facing the Main Train Station in Strasbourg. Walked to most of the major sights and friendly restaurants are in abundance. 2nd floor Room was comfortable and quiet. Not a fan of wall-less shower and handheld shower head, but that was my only negative. Large tv was happily unexpected and was able to connect to my Netflix easily. Will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is walkable from the train station. The room was clean in the bed was comfortable. The hotel is a little bit on the quirky side, but overall it’s a good place to stay for one night

This is a brilliant hotel situated very close to Strasbourg's main train station. Incredibly quiet and a 5 star rating for value for money.. Room was spacious and spotless. Probably the best bed we have ever slept on? Large flat screen TV, great shower. Breakfast buffet was good with an excellent variety of food on offer. Free coffee and tea available all day. Staff were lovely, always helpful and friendly. The room does not have a mini fridge or coffee/tea making facilities but with free beverages on offer in the breakfast area this wasn't missed by us.

Long weekend getaway

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but they held our bags and off we went. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice. Also enjoyed the terrace with some food we brought back one evening. Location was convenient near several parking garages, the train station, and easy walk to the sights we wanted to see downtown. We would stay again when visiting the area.

Hotel Arok exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the stylish and welcoming vibe throughout the hotel, including the common areas which were perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. A special shoutout to their commitment to sustainability and their Green Key certification—it’s great to see a hotel that truly walks the talk on being environmentally responsible.
