L'équipement électroménager est parfait, tout comme la propreté. Néanmoins, le problème principal de ce logement tient au fait que sa seule ouverture sur l'extérieur donne sur la petite cour des poubelles et des vélos de l'immeuble. Puisque c'est une porte fenetre, on est obligé de tout ouvrir en grand, donc on n'a aucune intimité. De plus, sans climatisation ni ventilateur, c'est insupportable en été.
